Stagehands BigCrewNY provided stage and was proud to support Overland Entertainment in bringing the Times100 Gala to life by creating a safe, efficient, and fully customized staging environment. From initial planning to final execution, our team ensured every detail aligned with the production’s high standards.
We developed a strategic plan for the custom stage build, prioritizing both safety and productivity. In addition to construction, we provided full logistical support, helping organize and manage the truck flow during load-in and load-out. Working closely with multiple teams, we facilitated safe parking and efficient access for all arriving vendors, using the client’s trucking schedule to coordinate a smooth, sequential flow of operations.
